Can I return a delivered SnackCrate for a refund?

We totally get it – some snacks just aren't for everyone! While we're unable to refund delivered crates, you’re welcome to return your unopened SnackCrate for a replacement or a credit towards a different one. Just write “Return to Sender” on the original shipping label and hand it back to your local post office. Once it makes its way back to us, you'll receive an automated reply letting you know it was returned. Reply back to that email and we'll get you squared away!
